1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using mo-yf.me (the 'Website'), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This Website is a personal portfolio showcasing professional B2B sales expertise and Revenue Architecture services for mid-market companies in MENA.
2. Services Offered
Muhammad Youssef ('Consultant') offers professional B2B sales consulting services including: Revenue Architecture Sprint (90-day engagements), Fractional CRO/Sales Director services, MEDDIC-based sales methodology implementation, CRM configuration and AI-powered sales tools integration, and sales team training. All services are provided on a project or contract basis, with specific terms defined in separate Service Agreements.
3. Engagement Terms
Service engagements require a signed Service Agreement detailing: scope of work, deliverables and timelines, compensation structure, confidentiality obligations, and termination conditions. Initial consultations via Cal.com are non-binding and for exploratory purposes only.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this Website, including case studies, methodologies, tools, and frameworks, remains the intellectual property of the Consultant. Clients receive usage rights to deliverables as specified in their Service Agreement. The Consultant retains the right to showcase anonymized results and methodologies in portfolio materials.
5. Confidentiality
The Consultant maintains strict confidentiality regarding client information, business strategies, and proprietary data. Case studies presented use anonymized data or are based on research scenarios clearly labeled as such. Specific confidentiality terms are detailed in individual Service Agreements.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Consultant provides professional services based on industry best practices and proven methodologies. However, business outcomes depend on multiple factors beyond the Consultant's control. The Consultant's liability is limited to the fees paid for services rendered. Projected ROI figures and case study results are illustrative and not guaranteed for future engagements.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate a service engagement as specified in the Service Agreement. The Website reserves the right to refuse service to any party for any reason. Upon termination, the Client receives all completed deliverables, and outstanding fees become immediately due.
8. Payment Terms & Egyptian Regulations
All payments are processed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) through licensed Egyptian payment service providers (Vodafone Cash, InstaPay). We comply with Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) regulations for electronic payment services. Digital products are non-refundable after activation per Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018. Payment confirmation is required before service delivery. All transactions are secured and monitored according to CBE guidelines.
