4. Intellectual Property

Clients receive usage rights to deliverables as specified in their Service Agreement. The Consultant retains the right to showcase anonymized results and methodologies in portfolio materials.

5. Confidentiality

6. Limitation of Liability

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement as specified in the Service Agreement. The Website reserves the right to refuse service to any party for any reason. Upon termination, the Client receives all completed deliverables, and outstanding fees become immediately due.
